10 Spot, a Singer/Songwriter label, is an imprint of parent company Water Music Records Group which touts the mantra “10 Songs, 10 Bucks…Every Time!” 10 Spot was formed in 2005 and brought to fruition in 2006 with the signing of the label’s first artist, Shannon Moore.

The Water Music Records Group consists of 10 Spot, Water Music Kids, Water Music Dance and the parent label Water Music Records. Water Music Records has been primarily a Los Angeles based Electronica music label. Launched in July 2000, Water Music Records releases, markets and distributes albums in various sub-styles of Electronica including Chill Out, Lounge and Down-Tempo and Dance music. Started by Brad Pressman, former VP of A&R and Label Manager for Sonic Images Records since 1993. Joined by former Universal Music Group Distribution VP, Rod Linnum and Mary Dolezal, also Universal alumni, the label has released over 110 projects, both artist albums and various compilations. Considered one of the leading "Chill Out" and "Dance" labels in the Unites States, Water Music Records has achieved over fifteen Top 50 albums, two Top 25 singles and a solid roster of artists who are bringing their individual flair to the music scene.

Universal Music Group Distribution, in association with Varese Sarabande, distributes 10 Spot as well as all the Water Music Records Group imprints.
