Jeremy Kay’s new album, Talking to Me, was recorded at Los Angeles’ Backroom Studios with award winning writer/producer Tim Feehan. The album utilizes the talents of some of the world's best studio musicians drawn from the bands of Michelle Branch, Steve Vai and Edgar Winter. Along with the help from his friends, Jeremy stretches into new musical territory.
Jeremy Kay has been playing live across Southern California for many years, only recently slowing down his live efforts to concentrate on studio work. Whether with a full band, or stripped down acoustic, Jeremy captivates audiences with his soulful voice. He has toured with Crosby Stills & Nash and Dan Hicks & the Hot Licks as well as becoming a regular guest at Lake Mission Viejo's Summer Concerts, opening for Pat Benatar and Joan Osborne.
Jeremy has an extraordinary list of movie and television credits. His songs have been used in top-rated television shows from ABC’s Boston Legal, CBS’s Numbers, NBC’s Scrubs, to MTV’s Real World, Undressed and many more. If you have seen The Wedding Planner, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Once and Again or Smallville, you’ve heard Jeremy’s creative genius echoing somewhere in a scene. Recently you may have heard his voice singing the theme song (Weight in Gold) of the WB's short lived TV show The Bedford Diaries.
